Relax/Energize the Body

A very simple relaxation at bedtime (or during the day if needed) for the physical body is to lie or sit quietly with your eyes closed and send your energy first to your toes, then slowly through each part of your body until you reach the top of your head. If necessary, repeat the procedure until each part feels more relaxed.

To energize the body in the morning, send your energy to the top of your head first and then down through each part of the body on your way to your toes. This is just as easy as it sounds. You can do this while still in bed, in the shower, or even in the car. Just give your energy some attention and send it through the body.

Focusing on each area of your body morning and night, will give you a healthy boost.
